Join our exciting kids’ printmaking class, where young artists will dive into the colorful world of printmaking and papercrafts! Throughout the course, students will discover a range of engaging techniques including lego letterpress, block printing, and the art of repurposing and binding books. Kids will unleash their creativity as they explore these methods and learning innovative ways to express themselves uniquely. Please note that this hands on class involves using sharp tools such as scissors, etching tools and sewing needles, so be ready for a fun and skill-building adventure that requires a bit of dexterity!

About the instructor: Nicole Maron specializes in printmaking, book arts, and mixed-media practices, and is pursuing a master’s degree in art therapy. Her work explores a surreal world made up of fairy tales and other elements of strange and magical worlds. She has been teaching art camps at the JCC since 2021, and has formerly worked with Platetone and Your Heart on Art.
